My geese won't touch the plantain. It drives me nuts because there is so much of it.

This does not kill the plants and they replace the eaten parts and the geese will revisit and snack again. They don't seem to like the tough mature leaves and wander off looking for better 'eats'. Speaking of banana plants they love them and managed to completely eat two of mine that I had paid $20 each for even though I had them fenced off. As for trying to train them as to witch plants to eat, it is like trying to train a 6 year old human to eat their veggies. LOL
