I have to baby chicks with week legs. They manage getting to food. Just don't know what else to do. Don't have the heart to cull them. Any ideas?

I can't see anything obvious. I would supplement all of them with some B complex vitamins (human ones). I'd give each one 1/4 of a tablet or capsule daily, you can grind and mix in a small bit of moistened feed. Hock sitting can be caused by a riboflavin deficiency, and thiamine deficiency can cause neuromuscular issues. See if you get improvement with that.
