Week old chick foot/ leg it facing wrong way..

I saved some tiny chicks getting trampled and a feed store..one had a hurt foot, mostly just a limp..i took it inside to get a better look..for some/reason I took two of them thinking he wouldnt freak so bad with his buddy there..but by the time I got in his foot is now facing backwards and he is having a really hard time..ive tried the rubber band thing witch holds them together more but still facing wrong way..i feel so bad..what do i do!!!!??? Please, any advice would help me..and is baby to small to give something for pain

That is a twisted tibia, a leg bone deformity. There is no way of helping to fix that. The chick may figure out a way to get food and water. Some students have made some artificial limb with 3 D printers to strap onto the upper leg. Here is some reading about those deformities:
