week old chick is having a hard time breathing

About 10 minutes ago I noticed one of my baby cochins was panting. She won't eat or drink but just stands occasionally closing her eyes. She also makes a clicking sound when she breathes. I am new to raising chickens so this is pretty scary.

What does their brooder setup look like? What type of heat source? How big is your brooder? Can they get away from the heat?
