Week old chick with a diskocated keg and wound as well

We already tried to re set it in as well as a bandaid splint. This only made it worse. What can we do?

A picture without the red light, of the chick standing on it’s own might be helpful. It might be a slipped tendon or leg bone deformity, and those can cause a sore area to develop on the hock. There is seldom any success in treatment of leg bone deformities. Here is an article that explains how to attempt to treat a slipped tendon:
