Week old chick with bloody poo

We just got some week old baby chicks from a local breeder 2 days ago. They were a bit scrapped up (as they were in a cage of 50+ other birds before I got them) but I noticed one of them had bloody poo today!

I'm guess it's cocci but I don't know what it is or the best way to treat it or anything!! I understand that it's pretty deadly and I'm kinda freaking out.
Please help!

Go get some corrid ata feed store...NOW. put it in their water and treat all of them
