Week old chick with yellow poop

My week old chick has watery,yellow poop and lethargy. She is on medicated chick starter with Amprolium. Last chick with this died, what should I do?

The chick is only a week old?

Is she eating/drinking o.k.?

I be inclined to treat with Corid.
Liquid Corid dose is 2tsp or Powdered Corid Dose is 1 1/2tsp per gallon of water given for 5-7 days as the only source of drinking water.
Do not add any extra vitamins/electrolytes that contain B1(Thiamine) to food or water during the course of treatment.

Yes the chick is only a week old. She is eating and drinking. Thanks for the advice!
