Week old chick won't walk!

She just lays there and won't move very much, she just will walk a step or two if I set her down... I''m so scared for her.

OK here's what will sound like an odd question-is it that she is unable to walk or does she seem too weak to walk?
Eating and drinking OK? Any other symptoms?

She seems just like she can't get up, eyes are clear, nose is clear, no pasty but. She won't eat and will only drink a tiny bit if i dip her beak into the water..

OK for what this is worth, here's what I would do-if she's not eating, get some PolyViSol baby vitamins without iron and add a few drops to the water. I would boil an egg and mash it up to try to get her to eat(you can even try putting the PolyViSol in the egg). This stuff might get her jump started.
If she CAN"T get up-she may have splay leg.
This sounds more like a weakness(or failure to thrive) type thing.
Sure hope you can get her moving.

ETA: I'm sure you know this, but it is CRUCIAL that she is getting plenty of water.

I just got her to start eating, and she took a few more steps just now. I will check her many times through the night and i'll see if i can get the vitamins tomorrow.

She ate some and drank a little more. Now she is just standing up with her head on the floor, sleeping. Is this normal?

So after a little, she got up and walked around for a day, today she is COMPLETELY fine! She even tries to fly. She has been a bit more calmer than the other birds but it might be her nature? Oh and for anyone with Silkies, are they typically more scared/frightened to the point of where they try to get as far away from your hand as possible? My two silkies keep doing this. They are 1 1/2- 2 weeks old.
