So, we recently got 6 chicks shipped to us from Meyer Hatchery to Hawaii.
The Golden Buff is a week old and does this weird thing where her whole body moves or pulses in conjunction with the heartbeat, it seems. In regular intervals.
Like, you know how normally the vent of baby chicks pulses? Only for this chick, the whole body pulses.
Idk if this is a sign of a problem, or if it’s a rarity but not harmful. She seems to be doing fine otherwise. Other 5 chicks seem just fine too. Anyone have any insight on this?
