Week old sex link with black runny poop

She is getting weaker and I don't know what the problem is. Should she be isolated and what can anyone tell me?

There is a fair chance to good it is cocci which needs to be treated as quickly as possible. Get Corid from your feed store, add to water per deirections below, and be sure to get them drinking. If needed, use an eye drpper to drip a bit of water along side the side of their bill and hopefully they will draw it in. Treat all of then,
