Hi everyone! I hope it is all right to post on this thread, but I have a 8 week old Swedish Flower Hen that I can't figure out the gender on. One day I think pullet the next day roo.

Here is my 9 week old roo.

are you seeing any pointy hackle feathers or saddle feathers ? my girl in the photo above yours is 14 weeks old and her comb is still tiny and yellow. but se is the only one I have so I'm not sure

Hey Beth! Yes the Roo on the bottom was yours. He is quit nice! Here are a few more images along with his gray gal who happens to be getting a little more color the older she gets. She was a little camera shy.

Hi Everyone,

Sorry it has been so long, but we have been doing so much work to the yard and the chicken's area. I was finally able to take some pics and of course none of the chicks wanted to cooperate so here are a couple of the most recent pics. I will attempt to take some better ones.

We just got a swedish flower hen. She just started growing some feathers that are waving out like tutus black with white tips! Also she has a dark copper ring around her eyes! Would love to see what she might look like when she's older! The chick next to her is a Green Queen
