weeks roosted banged his head into wall pretty hard

He's possibly got some brain damage, which could give him dilated pupils, giving him that scared look. Good to hear he's a little better. It will probably take a while for him to fully recover.

Best wishes.

Today he is drinking water himself :) when I put food in front of him he comes fast as he wants to eat some and looks at the food closely try to eat but suddenly become disinterested maybe some sort of vision problem:( He is scratching his face now and then. but the good part is he is showing improvement!

Good to hear. Generally when they come quickly to the food and show interest but don't eat, it means their digestive system is good to go but there is some health problem letting them know they should take it easy. This is where you can introduce special foods if you can get any. Hardboiled or raw eggs are good for convalescents depending on what their issue is. I don't know a single healthy bird, let alone a sick or hurt one, that willingly eats commercial pellets/mash/crumble when it has other alternatives it's familiar with. Are you able to get him some grains or seeds? If you don't, don't worry about it, many sick or injured birds have recovered on commercial diets too. He's showing progress and that's the main thing. If you can even buy some seeds or grains, whole ones, and sprout them for him, it will help a lot. Greens contain chlorophyll which is a gentle detox and they also help stop infection and hemorrhaging. They're also nutritious and gentle on the system.

Best wishes.

Thank you so much I'll try to give him boiled eggs, seeds and some green leaves he used to love green leaves. Today he ate small amount of millet himself I am very happy about it :)
Regards

I figured it out its his eyes problem :( he tries to look at the food when he cant see it clearly he left disappointed. He can see in some particular spots near his legs and from distance but not clear I think :( the little poor thing is rubbing his eyes through wings and legs but no avail I tried peas he was able to see and eating but with lots of effort. He ate rice but he knows how... I am feeling very sorry for the poor fellow :( is it temporary or dont tell me its permanent :'(

Concussion often gives unfocused eyes, which isn't usually permanent. If it's an eye injury it may be but plenty of blind or semi-blind chooks manage quite well. Once he adjusts, provided there is no serious health-threatening damage done, he will cope.

Best wishes.

It isnt an eye injury today he managed to eat and drink with some effort. I hope his eyes comes back to normal. Thanks
