weeze or puurrrrrr, not sure

One of my BR's has either a purrr when I pick her up or she has a wheezing sound after she clucks. How can I tell the difference and what to do if she does have a wheeze?

Oh I was so hoping there would be a response to your question, because I have a hen who makes a funny wheezing sound when I'm holding her too.
