Weight loss, feather loss and green watery poo...Ideas? Suggestions?

She's still about the same...I just put a heat lamp on in the dog crate and she instantly became more active and did her chicken yoga poses. Still very watery poo. She's been standing most of the day so I assume that's better than laying down all day....

ok so now she is laying under the heat lamp on her side.....these are good signs right? That she's active? Comfortable? Sorry for the rapid fire posting....I'm just so concerned...
