I recently had a hen who had a impacted crop and during that time she had lost a bit of weight. This was a couple of months ago and she still hasnt gained any weight back. What can i do to help her along?

Give her a good quality protein treat, like some meat or fish scraps, a bit of hard-cooked or scrambled egg, or a handful of black oil sunflower seeds (BOSS). She's probably trying to rebuild her body and a little extra protein will help her out.
