Weighting eggs

Do you weight eggs in grams or oz.

You can do either, but I use grams for more accuracy...

I weigh pullet eggs in grams, I weigh cartons in ounces.

Just bought this scale and 73.5 G. For this egg.

Pop bottle cap works good to hold the egg.
