Weird 4week old quail behavior

So, i have a quail thats about 4 weeks old, and ive noticed when she falls asleep in my hands, when i pet her mostly on her head and sometimes around her wings she like twitches and stretches her neck out really far and it kinda flops for a while and when i keep petting her it feels like her muscles or nerves keep twitching and her neck keeps moving around. is this something serious or just a weird thing they do. She runs around fine and eats and drinks, its only when im petting her when shes asleep. dosnt do it when shes awake.

Does she look relaxed when she does it? Could you post a video of it?

no clue how to go to the quail section, i just click forums and post there. she is relaxed, almost like shes stretching her neck but it looks kinda spooky like shes possesed.

My button quail do this when being preened on the head by another quail.
