Candled my ancona duck eggs today and the shape of some of the air sacs looks unlike illustrations I have seen. Day 20. Saw some movement, but it is hard to see much now that the embryos are so big. Mostly dark....

This commonly known as a saddle shaped air cell. It usually occurs in shipped eggs because of rough handling. Most chicks will hatch normally in saddle shaped air cells eggs, but keep a close watch to make sure none are struggling. Sometimes the weird shaped air cells can cause a chicksto position itself wrong and make them unable to move.It may sometimes arise that you'll need to help a chick out in an abnormally shaped air cell egg, if so refer to this article: www.backyardchickens.com/a/step-by-step-guide-to-assisted-hatching :)

I don't know! I would wait a couple days to see if blood vessels are visible. Once you see that, it's quite stunning.

The saddle shaped ones are looking good i think. I think the size of the air sacs look okay:

It's day 22 btw. What what about this freaky looking one? From another angle I could see good blood vessels and movement. But look at this:
