She seems to be walking around in a zombie daze, not eating human brains, not socializing with the other chickens. Reminds me of when I was a stoner in the 9th grade back in 1978.

Looks like she could have a crop problem, which can sometimes be a symptom of a larger issue.

Does her crop feel bloated, like a water balloon? Or tight and hard? Do you have closer pictures of her?

I checked her crop just now (it’s morning). It’s not very full and feels like it has liquid in it. No strange smells or fluids on her.

I agree that neck movement can be a sign of a crop impaction or something stuck. Sometimes I have seen videos of seizure activity like that, but it is a rhythmic movement or twitch over and over. Does she lay eggs and are those normal? Try to get her drinking some water and massage her crop. Her crop should normally be empty in the early morning when she first wakes. A tsp of chilled coconut oil cut into small pieces for her to peck and eat might be of help.
