Weird bare spot on my chicks back!!! HELP!!!!!!!

So I just noticed a weird bald spot on my little Barred Rock "Pepper". Here are some photos. I am thinking that she was standing under the nipple feeder so they are just wet? Can you take a look at the photos and give me advice? THANK YOU!

It looks like wet down to me.
Your little chick will have all sorts of odd patches as her juvenile feathers come in. That is normal.
Simply watch that the other chicks are not picking at her.
But again, from the photo, that simply looks like wet down.

I agree, looks like a drop of water hit the down and it's just a wet spot. I'd just keep an eye on the situation until it dries, & make sure the others don't become overly interested in it!

Hi all!! thank you so much for responding!! You were right! Just water that fell from the nipple drinker onto her back. PHEW! We carefully dried it off and her feathers fluffed right back up. All are happy and well today. THANK YOU!!!!!!
