Weird behavior in baby chicks

So it seems they survived another day. They seemed happy yesterday so I tried to put them back with the other ones. This morning they seem to be.. I don't know how to say.. fluffier. They are also a bit dirty. Some of them have poop stuck in their fur, but I tried to clean them. Yesterday they went crazy about cheese but today they didn't even seem to notice. The poop looks a bit strange too. I took some pics:




















They stay like that sometimes. They seem to eat and drink normally now but they still look a bit weird and sick.

Sorry you're having a rough time with your chicks. I see you have grass in the brooder. Are they eating any of the grass? If so, that could cause a problem unless they have access to chick grit.

If it were me, I'd remove the grass "just in case" and keep them on paper towels only until this is resolved.

The grass is way too big for them to eat it. They seem to get better though. I gave them a little egg yolk and they loved it.

Hard boiled eggs crumbled in a dish is great for them. You might try that and see how it works out for you.
