Weird black cockerel

I think this was a Black Australorp, but his feathers stuck out more. He was shipped as an "extra" from an order of all hens from Mcmurray hatchery (yes, they shipped us not one but 4 roosters

to fill in for dead chicks ) so we had to go to the trouble of rehoming them.
Anyways, if you know for certain what he is, please tell me.

I don't have him anymore, he is living on a farm. But I think his feet were pinkish.
