Weird black ?

I have RHode Islade hen ,almost 2 years old and past 3 months she’s been laying this weird spongy egg,something black in it.What is this black thing?I do not have roosters in flock.
It is not black red spot on egg.

It could be a big meat spot-but my original though was a partially developed embryo, although since you don’t have a rooster...

As for the soft shells, what exactly do you feed?
