She may need more calcium. And I'm wondering if she's got some sort of issue in her product, like a developing infection. Something is causing all that blood. If it was just one or two eggs, I'd think it was just a stressor in her environment, like a spat with a flockmate or change in feed. But for it to be continuous for a 3-month period, I think something else is afoot.
And her shells are soft. I'm assuming she gets oyster shell? It may be that she's having a hard time passing the soft eggs and breaking blood vessels that way.
You might try giving her extra calcium directly for a week or so and see if that improves things.
