Weird bump and super long upper beak...

About 4 weeks old Easter Egger has been eating fine until today. Has been battling respiratory issues for a few days. We noticed she has an over grown upper beak and now this weird bump. I syringe fed her as she couldn’t eat today and I don’t think she has a tongue. Anyone have any ideas what going on or have an idea how to help this chick?
