I noticed this like a week and a half ago. Is this serious? The other side seems to be fine.

Looks like fowl pox. Can you open the mouth to see if there's any in the mouth or throat?
I couldn't find anything inside her mouth. It appears to only be on this side.I agree, how does the inside of her mouth look? Any lesions?
It could be dry fowl pox, or something such as Papillomas. Both are viruses and are incurable but should go away on their own after a few weeks. To keep the lesions from spreading, I would apply either an antibacterial ointment to it as needed, or to dry the lesion out, apply iodine. Disinfecting their waterers may not be a bad idea as well.

She isn't reacting or showing any signs of pain when i touch the pox.
Luckily no. Only she had this. That is good. Are any other chicks showing these lesions as well? I would start the treatment suggested above.
Luckily no. Only she had this.
I have this antiseptic eye ointment, would that also work well?
I applied a little bit of the medicine on her pox on the evening. And now at night, i feel as if it has grown.I'm sure it's fine, but I was unable to find any literature online pertaining to its use in birds, so it may be best just to get some iodine or another antibacterial ointment like Neosporin.
