I’m not sure I am seeing the center you are talking about, could it be the glare? Could you circle what you think it is in the picture?

If it is a regular cyst would it eventually come to a head like a feather cyst?

Is this a depression, is there a tiny hole there?

I would think it will eventually come to a head. Unless she is in horrible pain, I would wait. When it does come to a head, you will know where to cut and dig.
