Ok ill try that. Yes got it from TSc its soft but feels like she has a scab on it. She acts just fine but stopped laying eggs

It could be a squamous cell cancerous tumor or a fungus. A vet might be helpful.

It may be a neoplastic tumor. If it's rock hard, it's a tumor, but not necessarily malignant. There's no cure, but it may not be fatal. I had a hen live to nearly fourteen years with such a tumor on her head.
