Welcome to BYC. That looks like it could be an abscess or a tumor. How old is she?

Almost looks like bumblefoot on her face. Might be able to treat it similarly (minus the vet wrap, of course).

You can put pain killer free neosporin on it.

I have never seen hen healer! Did you get it from TSC?

What does the bumb feel like?
