I have had my flock of golden sexlinks for about a year and a half. I have 6 of them. Today, I noticed these weird bumps on 3 of them on their combs, wattles and earlobes. We have had a ton of rain lately but otherwise it’s normally very dry and hot here, southern Arizona. Does anyone know what this is, is it treatable and how, and are the eggs still safe to eat? Thank you!

It's fowl pox, a virus. Mosquitos are the main vector. It will go away on its own in about a month. Eggs are safe to eat. Once it passes through your flock, your birds will be immune to that particular strain.
You can put iodine on the scabs to help shrink them, make sure you avoid the eyes.
