It will take 21 days for hatching. They could hatch a little early or a little late....
You can check fertility of your eggs by breaking one open. If it is fertile, you will see a little white bullseye on the yolk. If you want to check to see if they are growing under the hen, wait a week and then using a strong flashlight, candle the eggs. You should see the beginnings of veins...that will tell you that they are growing.
The hen should take care of the babies all by herself. If you can, you could give her a place of her own, away from the others so that she can brood and hatch her babies in peace.
