Weird Chicken Behavior

Please post a pic, the size almost sounds like a black jersey giant but need pics! My black jersey rooster was very animated as well.

I cannot help with either of these situations, but . . . About 35 years ago, I had this pretty little calico cat who had to live outside because my dad was allergic to cats. She had free range of the yard (and beyond) but her house was a large wire dog crate, covered an all sides but the front with a tarp. Inside the crate was a rabbit nesting box that she used for her bed. At the same time, my dad had a couple of RIRs for eggs. One of them died and the other took up housekeeping with the cat. I had to do a triple look one morning when I went to feed the cat and found a hen in the "bed" with the cat. I thought it was weird, but apparently it isn't.

I called her Black Betty when I first got her, now just blackie till I figure out what he/she is

I am by NO means an expert. But, that's what my roosters looked like. They didn't have spurs, either. But, they were definitely roosters and they each were re-homed ASAP. The first one was supposed to be a female, named Olivia. It was pretty obvious early on that she was actually Oliver. The second one, to take Oliver's place, was also supposed to be a pullet. She was dubbed Marshmallow, and had me going for a while, although I had a sneaking suspicion she too was a he. Then he crowed and that was that. He went to a new home that afternoon. It was hard to tell because they were Brahmas (Marshmallow was a Brahma mix) and had no real combs or wattles to go by.

So, my thought is that Black Betty is a rooster, too. I'm looking forward to seeing what others think.

I'm curious too if she's is a he, blackie is the gentalist roo I've ever seen or had around. I don't have the heart to get rid of something that's so peaceful. I defiantly don't wat her/him breeding into my flock, thing I'm just going to let him roam as he pleases. Poor thing can't fly, watched him make a temp after attempt after attempt to perch on a litter bucket in the garage. He kept falling right into it chest first.

Today she went out foraging! Hooray!

She's cute! Mine went thru a mini-molt around 4 months old... lots of feathers and "dander" which is the casing off the new pinfeathers growing in. Does she have any chicken friends? If not, she is probably lonely... and will follow you around for treats as well as companionship.
