Weird clicking noise?

My turkey, agony would snuggle up in my hair and then just sleep there while I'm working on school work. Well, today I was working and I suddenly hear a clicking sound and a heart beat. My first reaction to the heart beat is that I'm hearing agony's heart beating. But the clicking sound was still there and I found out it was agony making the noise! Is something wrong or is this normal? Is agony making the noise with his/her beak? I need answers!
