My Birdie has had this weird crop for a couple of months now, I thought it was because she would eat so much her crop would get so full so her feathers started falling off but it's really concerning me. She acts like her normal bossy self and the other chickens are good too. I thought maybe she's molting but her feathers are only off right in this area and a little lower. What could this mean.?

Looks like a pendulous crop. A search of this site should give you some information about it.

Could indeed be a pendulous crop.
Feathers can wear off or she may be picking them due to discomfort.
    How old is bird?
Try crating her at night with water but no food, then feel crop in morning to see if it's emptying.

She just turned a year old. They don't have access too food at night so I'll check on her crop right now when I go out for their morning feeding

Just checked her crop and it's completely empty, [IMG]
Maybe she does just eat so much the feathers fall off or she plucks them out from her crop being stretched so much.?
Also her crop never hanged down, or moved around when she walked. It was BIG but it stayed up in place
