Weird double yolker

So this is one of our leghorns 4th or 5th ever egg. I have never seen a yolk like this before, any reasons for concerns? Shells are very strong.

I haven’t seen that either, but I would say that the white material is perhaps chalazia, but I am not an expert. I think someone recently posted a similar looking egg. Lash eggs are lumps of fleshy looking things from infection of the oviduct, and are not inside the eggs. They may be laid or deposited inside the abdomen.

What would be the best way to fight the infection if it is that?
