No it is not true. You shouldn't feed her milk and bread at all (this is not good food for any duck).We would keep only one egg to hatch the rest we would probably keep for ourselves. I read online that milk and bread will make her not lay eggs is that true? Because we do feed her milk and bread sometimes
As well, duck hens will lay eggs regardless if there is a drake or not.
If it were me, I would let her hatch her clutch and then get rid of all but two.
