One of my young easter egger chickens has a weird forked beak and I was wondering what this means

It looks like her beak got a bit overgrown, which resulted in it being chipped

Probably cracked at the tip at some point. If possible trim off as much excess as you can in front of the core/quick, and continue to do so every couple of weeks to try and get it back to normal, and so you don't risk the split worsening.

my other Easter eggers also have overgrown beaks, but none are cracked. should I trim their beaks too?

How overgrown? Photos would help. A little overgrowth is generally ok, but more noticeable overgrowth should be trimmed back or at least, have an eye kept on it as chips and cracks can worsen.
