Weird egg finding

Not sure if this is a general egg question, or disease question, so posting both places (sorry for redundancy). We found this granular substance in egg white of a fresh cracked egg this morning. All chicks seem healthy, not sure what this could be or if this egg is safe to eat?

I don’t know what it is but I wouldn’t eat it due to the ick factor+not knowing (sorry I’m picky and even have a hard time with meat/blood spots)
