Weird egg.

My chickens just recently started laying. It’s only been about a week. This is the second egg we’ve found like this. Is there a reason it looks like this?

'Glitches' in the reproductive tract are not uncommon at the beginning and end of a laying cycle. She will most likely perfect the process in the near future.
