Weird egg

Is this normal? All my hens are normal size, no bantams.

It would be if it was a first egg... Not sure how normal it would be for a regular laying hen

I wish I had an incubator, I'd try to hatch it. lol. My hens that are laying right now are almost a year old. I have 7, the most eggs I have got in a day is 6. Maybe one of the girls is a late bloomer?
