Weird Eggs

These look like calcium spots to me, however, every egg this chicken lays has these spots. Is that normal? None of our other 23 hens lay eggs like this.

Her shell gland might be having problems. Sometimes this is caused by excess calcium in the diet, stress due to flock dynamics, overcrowding or weather. Sometimes this will resolve and sometimes this is an indicator of a more serious problem.
 
I have had more than a few birds that lay 'weird' eggs regularly.
It's just how they do.
