Weird eggs

I have been getting a lot of eggs like this lately... at least 1-2 a week. They are very gelatinous and blobby. The shell usually looks the right color but is not solid. I usually feed laying pellets mixed with a grain or two and some crushed oyster shell. All my fowl (chickens, ducks and turkeys) are free range during the day and only get feed in the evening when being put in the coop for the night.

My turkey hens are also laying eggs like this every now and then. And sometimes their eggs are almost white with no spots.

Does anyone have any idea what could be going on and what I should give them for it?
(The egg in the back is just to show how soft the egg in question is in comparison)

What feed do you use? Brand name as well. Do you offer oyster shell free choice? If you don't, I'd assume thats the issue. Soft, or no shell eggs are usually caused by a lack of calcium in the diet.
I use the Producer's Pride brand of laying pellets from Tractor supply. I mix in the oyster shell with the feed, not as a free choice option. I notice that a lot of the time it is the only thing left in the bottom of their feed box though. I don't know if they would even touch it if it was a free choice option... do you know of any other calcium supplement I could give them?

I would recommend using the Dumor 16% crumble feed from Tractor Supply, and offering grit and oyster shell in separate bowls/feeders, nearby to the feed.

Usually, chickens need to eat a lot of oyster shell, and mixing it into the feed will not provide them with the correct amount they need. This is due to the chicken knowing how much he/she should eat.

Hope this helps :)
