Weird Feathering on my Barred Plymouth Rock Chick - Normal? Ok?

I have 9 Plymouth Rock chicks that are now 4 and a half weeks old. 8 of them have feathered out fine, but one of the Barred Plymouth Rocks still has a lot of grey fuzz with partial feathering on other parts of her body. Is this normal, ok?

Otherwise she is acting and feeding just fine.

Would appreciate feedback from anyone who has experienced this or has an idea on what is going on.

I had one BR last year that took a little extra time to feather fully. She's fine now, and indistinguishable from all of the others.
