Weird Growths on Rooster

Hello! I was in my backyard and I saw my rooster and he has these little growths on his wattle. I put these pictures so y’all could see what I’m talking about. I would really appreciate if someone could tell me what’s wrong with him and how I can fix it. Also, if it’s contagious. Thanks, and have a great evening.

It looks like fowl pox to me (the dry kind). There's nothing that you can do to treat it, it'll just have to run its course and may take a couple of weeks for that to happen. It is contagious so there's a good chance the others will get it, too, but from everything I've read they should be okay!

A few of my chickens just had it, but they're all good now!

More than likely others will get it from the mosquitoes that transmit the virus. It also can be spread by disturbing the scabs, and when fallen scabs become powdery and are inhaled. It might help to apply a little dab of either Terramycin eye ointment, Vetericyn Eye Gel, or plain Neosporin ointment to his eyes where the scabs are touching them so that he doesn’t develop infection in them. Dry pox lasts about a month and most chickens that get it are immune to it. There is a vaccine available for chickens not yet exposed.

Wattles are the things that dangle under his chin.
Comb is the thing that sticks up on top of his head.
I see he has some scabs both places, but they are mostly on the comb.
