Yes. A handful of adults thankfully molested the fall before will go through a partial neck molt in the spring here. Not always the same ones. I always assumed it had something to do with how cold it can get here in winter. Don't for sure though. They will stop laying during it, and it takes 4-8 weeks generally.The first I've heard of it.....unless I forgot.
