Weird hen behavior

My hen has been doing this recently, she squats, opens her wings and does this cute little dance thing as if a rooster is on top. Now keep in mind we have a rooster that is very busy taking care of the girls if you know what I mean, so I am confused on why she thinks she has to do this. Rooster and her about two years old. Any suggestions?

@2 Russo Chicks I have a 5 year old hen that still squats. It's simply just a submissive gesture they do to tell the rooster he's in charge.
