Weird hen?

I got this chicken in witha group of roosters. It appeared to be a hen, rounded hackle feathers, rounded tail feathers, small comb, and acted like a hen. However it hasnt layed eggs sinc4 I've had it. Heres "her" when I got her at 8 months old

Recently she has gone threw changes, shed a bunch of feathers that came in brighter colored and her comb got larger. Shes been alone but I'm raising some chicks atm. Shes also started crowing but it's not really a crow, more of a scream.
Heres what she looks like now at about 11 months

So what do you guys think? Rooster? Hermaphrodite? Hen with a hormonal issue?
