Weird leg thing

Both of my roosters do this, and I’m not for sure why, or what this is. I have a video, and don’t ask why they’re inside... I’m hoping someone here can tell my what it is!! Should I be concerned?

That is a mating/dominance behavior that Roosters and some dominant hens will perform to less dominant birds. Known as "wing dancing".

To answer your question, that is normal, and you don't have to be alarmed. Unless he starts performing it on you.
