Weird looking egg??

Well,today i was outside going to find the eggs that my Domonique lays in the back of the golf cart and when she left,There was an egg(i thought it was an acorn!!)that was only an inch and a half big!!!!IS that normal for a chicken that usually lays normal sized eggs then today lay like a acorn sized egg??

PS:I opened it up and there was a yolk and a germinal sac and everything like a normal egg

I believe some people call these wind eggs, fart eggs, or oops eggs! Seems to be a glitch in the system that works it's way out.

Yes, a fart egg. They just do those once in a while. Sometimes when you crack them open, there is only whites and no yolk. They are edible, so you can still partake

The regular eggs should resume within a day or two.
