Weird looking thing came out of my duck’s mouth

Looks kinda scary and I don’t know what it is. After she spit it out she tried jumping out of her cage to get at it. Looks like flesh idk.

Never mind. I think it may be something it ate earlier today even though I haven’t fed it anything of that color.
